Samantha Hanson joined North Memorial Health in 2017 as Chief Administrative Officer. Hanson leads shared services teams to ensure integration and optimization of these functions in service of team member and customer experience throughout the system.  She oversees IT, Human Resources, Marketing & Business Development, Customer Experience and Medical Affairs. Prior to joining North Memorial Health, Hanson served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Children’s Minnesota.

Karl Thomas
Chief Innovation Officer

Karl  joined North Memorial Health in 2016 after 20 years with Hilton Worldwide.  Karl’s leads Brand Culture and Education, Metrics and Insights, and our Customer Experience Coaching team, all focused on delivering Unmatched Customer Service across the North Memorial Health system.











Trudy Marshall
Vice President, Marketing, Communications and Outreach
Trudy joined North Memorial Health in 2012.  Marshall  leads brand strategy, corporate communications, marketing, greater Minnesota hospital outreach and community outreach.  Prior to joining North Memorial Health, Marshall served in a number of marketing and communications leadership roles in healthcare, retail and energy organizations.
